Welsh-homes.com is a way of advertising your property/land for sale or let. Options 1 an 2 are on a 'prvate sale' basis and therefore we take no part in the sale process.

You must be the owner of the property/land or have the power of attorney prior to using this site. You must also have the owners consent prior to downloading any photographs. You must be able to provide proof of identity if requested.

You must take suitable precautions to prevent any computer virus transmitted through the use of our site by using suitable anti-virus software.

We will not be responsible for any 'fees' or 'commissions' owed to any Estate Agent. You must check any Estate Agent's contract you have entered into prior to advertising on this site.

You must provide accurate information. We reserve the right to decline or remove adverts that contain innapropriate or missleading material..

Welsh-homes.com cannot guarantee the sale of your property or the number of viewings you receive by advertising on this site. Nor guarantee the completion of a sale/let or the selling/let price.

The property owner is responsible for erecting a 'For Sale' sign with option 2, and that you comply with local planning laws.

We accept no responsibility for any loss/damage to any party by using this site or by using our advertising boards.

You have the right to cancel a board order within 24 hours.

Delivery time of boards will take between 5-10 days.

We take no cash deposits. All board request payments must be made through Paypal.

We must be informed asap once a propety is sold, let or withdrawn.
