A HIP (Home Information Pack) is a set of documents that provide the buyer with key information on the property. All new properties to market require a HIP.

You can enter the details of your property on our website. Just follow the simple instructions. Interested parties can then contact you from the information you leave. This option is FREE to use.
Option 2.
The same as option 1,but you can purchase a 'For Sale' board to place at your property. This option is available at a special price of £19.99.
Option 3.
'Let us do it for you!' For a small fee,we can:
- Advise on valuing your property
- Enter all the details including photographs
- Erect a 'For Sale' sign
- Handle all enquiries and arrange viewings
- We can arrange for the HIP to be carried out *
- Instruct a Solicitor to handle the sale etc
- Keep you informed and up to date
The cost for this option is just £199
